Chance of a Lifetime:
Here’s your chance to represent the youth of Aotearoa New Zealand – to make your voice, and theirs, heard.
You could be one of 100 young people – identified as potential leaders – being invited to attend the Digital Earth Summit on Sustainability, in Auckland this August. At the Summit the leaders of tomorrow will mix with today’s national and international leaders in business, academia and politics to discuss the issues of sustainability - for New Zealand and the world.
Why this focus on sustainability? To put it bluntly, if we want to have a future it has to be a sustainable one; nothing else will last. This Summit is a chance of a lifetime to hear the latest thinking on the vital issue of sustainability and to discuss your own ideas and those of your community – that can possibly make New Zealand the “first sustainable country in the world”.
That is, if you choose to accept this invitation
It’s a chance for you to speak for your generation – to make the voice of youth heard. The results of this Summit will be published nationally and disseminated around the world. The dialogue between youth and other leaders will be a key feature – to set the framework for all future Digital Earth public events – and help create a better New Zealand.
The next Digital Earth Summit will be in San Francisco in 2007.

Cost The other (adult) delegates will pay $950. You pay only $125 (guidance available on fund raising)
